CollectERP is offered as a hosted business platform. Access is provisioned by the platform owner for each distributor network.

How Access Works

• Distributor account - set up by the platform administrator, includes retailer & FSE management, due tracking, collections, ledgers, reports and receipts.
• FSE and Retailer accounts - included free within a distributor’s network.

Platform Charges

Pricing is agreed directly with the platform owner based on network size and volume. There are no hidden per-receipt charges levied by the platform on retailers.

Online Payment Charges

When a retailer pays online, the payment gateway’s standard transaction fee (as per the gateway’s published pricing) applies. The gateway fee is disclosed by the gateway at checkout where applicable.
